As the only Acrobatic Arts certified studio in the Valley area, Performance Dance Centre offers a safe and effective Acrobatics program! The program has proven results in five divisions of AcroDance : Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortions, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnasatics, yoga, acro yoga, hand balancing and more, You wont find a more comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage! 

Our Acrobatics program incorporates dance with tumbling tricks. As each level progresses you then work up to more advanced level tricks such as front and back handsprings, back tucks, and aerial tricks etc. Acrobatics is highly recommended for jazz dancers as it helps with strength and flexibility. We start at beginner levels and go through advanced level tumbling.
