Aerial Arts provide an amazing workout that will strengthen muscles that might be difficult to focus on in traditional workouts.
Jazz Dance is a fun, high energy class that involves learning basic postures, stretches and fundamental movements.
Basic techniques and rhythm through the use of the shuffle, flap, ball-change, and other beginning steps are taught.
Students are taught ballet exercises at the barre as well as center floor work, progressing them towards more complex combinations as the levels increase. Lyrical can involves the traditional style of jazz but it also incorporates Ballet to obtain a smooth look and lyrical quality.
Hip Hop is a high-energy street movement, as seen in tv shows and music videos, that builds rhythm, and coordination.
Our Pre-Dance Combination classes, will focus on directional concepts, spatial/body awareness and creativity.
Our Acrobatics program incorporates dance with tumbling tricks. As each level progresses you then work up to more advanced level tricks.
Silks provide a range of health benefits that target your physical strength, figure, mood, flexibility, muscle gain, focus, and it’s a great stress relief!
Pointe is performed using pointe shoes enabling dancer to dance on the top of her toes.
